Use this page to archive (deactivate) an educator's account.
To complete the steps on this page, you must be an Administrator. To deactivate a School Administrator, you must be a District Administrator.
- Click Schools.
Select Users from the left-side bar. Then, click Educators. Now jump to step 3.
- Click Educators.
- Filter or enter the name, username, or external ID of the educator. If searching, click Enter on the keyboard or the search icon
.
You can search with as little as one letter or number. The more you provide, the smaller the search results will be.
- Click the ellipses of the educator.
- Click Deactivate.
- To confirm, click Yes.
