Use this page to activate a student's deactivated (archived) account.
To complete the steps on this page, you must be an Administrator.
- Click Schools.
Select Users from the left-side bar. Then, click Students. Now jump to step 3.
- Click Students.
- Click Student Roster.
- Click Filters.
- Select the checkbox for Inactive.
- Enter the name, username, or external ID of the student.
You can search with as little as one letter or number. The more you provide, the smaller the search results will be.
- Click Enter on the keyboard or the search icon .
- Click the ellipses of the student.
- Click Activate.
- To confirm, click Yes.
